Prices include taxes and breakfast. Accommodation tax is not included in the rate (0,94 US DOLLAR per adult/ night to be paid directly to the hotel).

Payment Methods

Bank charges are to be settled by the payee.

A copy of the bank transfer receipt is to be sent to the Organizing Secretariat by e-mail at wpaafricacongress@gmail.com, for confirmation of the relevant bank transfer. Please indicate your name as well as the “WPA African Regional Congress 2022” on your payment details for identification purposes.

Cancellation policy

Written notification, sent to the Organising Secretariat is required for any cancellation or change to your Accommodation. Refunds will be processed made as follows:

• Up to and including November 15th, 2022: 50% refund.
• From November 16th, 2022 and onwards: No refund will be granted

All refunds will be made within two months after the end of the Congress. Any bank charges (whereas applicable) will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
